Following the acquisition, ActivTec Solutions will continue to operate under its existing name, maintaining its customer-centric service model, leadership continuity, and national footprint. Device Technologies Group will provide additional resources and strategic support to enable continued growth while preserving ActivTec’s established expertise and trusted delivery model.
