Device Technologies Group, leading provider of innovative medical solutions, has entered an agreement to purchase the Venusys and Infinity Group of Companies, which includes the organisations Fusion Scientific, Bits Medical, and Vennbio Nutriceutical.
The strategic move marks a pivotal moment in Device Technologies Group’s continued expansion, as the first acquisition by our South-East Asian business. This solidifies its commitment to enhancing healthcare solutions in the region and adds to its impressive portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
This acquisition moves Device Technologies Group into a new market segment of point of care imaging technology. It also expands its capabilities in the aesthetics market while providing the opportunity for both Venusys and Infinity to leverage Device’s Asia footprint to expand beyond Malaysia and Singapore.
Founded in 2005, Venusys Medical Sdn Bhd is renowned for its expertise in laser and light-based equipment, serving the aesthetic and surgical markets across Malaysia. Its innovative technologies and dedicated team collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, hospitals, private medical centres and aesthetic physician clinics – to deliver cutting-edge solutions, addressing a wide range of aesthetic concerns in dermatology, cosmetics, and plastic surgery.
Infinity Medical Sdn Bhd, established in 2003, has been a key player in Malaysia’s healthcare sector, specialising in the distribution of a range of medical technologies, with a focus on point of care imaging equipment.
